Use these wellbeing print and go activities as part of World Mental Health Day or at any time during the year. Help children to understand how they can improve their own wellbeing and mental health. Activities Include: Wellbeing Bingo - give a copy for children to complete at home or at school. It encourages children to take some time each day for wellness or mindfulness activity.
